Our MissionAir Analysis & Consulting Co. Inc specializes in indoor environmental assessments. We provide transaction screen process, Phase I and Phase II environmental property site assessments. We do NO remediation, nor do we sell or install any equipment which is why we are so popular. Our clients are assured an unbiased assessment. It is our belief that a company that performs indoor air analysis and sells ventilation equipment or cleans the air ducts , etc has a conflict of interest. Our only purpose is to find the problems with the indoor environment and recommend a strategy of remediation. Our microorganism sampling method is unique. We do not recommend airborne sampling alone or setting out Petri dishes as these methods are too inconclusive. If something is found you still have no idea where it came from, so what do you remediate? Air Analysis & Consulting Co. Inc utilizes a unique, proprietary test strip method to sample surfaces (generally air supply grills or inside air ducts) to obtain microbial contamination information. This sampling method is in active use throughout the United Sates and has proved to be very effective in dealing with microbial contamination in sick building syndrome problems. Our final report clearly defined the conditions found at the time of survey and if possible, address means to improve sub-standard conditions. The report is written in such a fashion as to be easily understood by the non-engineer, yet detailed enough to make operating or engineering changes as necessary. The report is usually accompanied by a personal debriefing and inspectors are available for consultation with mechanical contractors if necessary. Each of our clients have different needs and different budgets which is why we custom design a program to fit each of our clients needs. Also everything we do for our clients is kept in the strictest of confidence. We report our findings to no one but our client. Prior to the actual work being performed, we will sit down and cover everything to be done and the costs so there are no surprises later on.
